We’re hiring a Field Supervisor to oversee day-to-day field operations, conduct site inspections, and support our officers across multiple locations. This role reports directly to leadership and plays a key role in quality control and officer accountability.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure performance standards
- Fill open shifts as needed and support officer coverage
- Provide coaching and guidance to on-site teams
- Maintain direct communication with clients and operations
- Document incidents, compliance, and shift activity
Requirements:
- 2+ years of security or supervisory experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Must be highly organized and detail-oriented
- Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation
